Who We Are

We Begin With the Business Problem, Not the Tool

The aim of DEN Agentic AI is to help professionals, teams, and organisations make sense of modern AI from a work-first perspective. We begin with the actual work people need to improve: writing, research, analysis, productivity, workflow automation, decision support, and responsible AI use.

For organisations, this extends beyond training. We apply the same proprietary frameworks — the Four Quadrants of AI Value, the AI Capability Maturity Model, and the Strategic AI Initiative Canvas — to advisory engagements, helping leadership teams map AI opportunities, assess true organisational readiness, and build phased transformation roadmaps before committing resources.

These frameworks are the same tools taught in Course 3: AI Leadership and Strategic Command — ensuring that the advisory practice and the training curriculum are fully aligned. Clients who undertake advisory engagements receive a roadmap they can immediately begin to execute through the training pathway.

"Most AI investment conversations skip the hardest question — not what technology to use, but what specific business problem is actually being solved."

Training and Capability Building

Designs practical AI training for leaders, professionals, and technical learners — four progressive courses from AI literacy through to advanced agentic engineering — so organisations can build responsible AI capability across the workforce.

Strategic AI Advisory

Helps executives and organisations identify high-value AI opportunities, assess organisational readiness and maturity across the five capability levels, prioritise initiatives using the Four Quadrants of AI Value — the same methodology taught in Course 3 (AI Leadership and Strategic Command).

Applied AI Product Building

Architected agentic products including the Agentic Knowledge Engine (AKE) and SignalLake — bringing together structured data, internal knowledge, external signals, and conversational decision support for enterprise and SME clients.

Our Methodology

Three Developed Frameworks

Developed through the DENAgentic AI curriculum and applied directly in advisory engagements — the same tools taught in the classroom, deployed in the boardroom.

01

The Four Quadrants of AI Value

Classifies every AI initiative across two dimensions — who benefits (internal vs external) and how autonomous the AI is (AI Assists vs AI Acts). Determines the correct cost model, governance requirements, and ROI timeline before any investment is committed.

Taught in Course 3, Module 2 · Applied in all advisory engagements

02

AI Capability Maturity Model

A five-level diagnostic scoring organisations across Strategy, Data Quality, Talent, and Governance. Ensures initiatives are sequenced to match current maturity — preventing the most common failure pattern: pursuing the right AI initiative at the wrong maturity level.

Taught in Course 3, Module 3 · Applied in readiness assessments

03

Strategic AI Initiative Canvas

An eight-question pre-investment design tool covering data sourcing, human review requirements, KPI design, governance path, cost model, and ROI timeline — ensuring every priority initiative has a defensible business case before resources are committed.

Taught in Course 3, Module 4 · Applied in business case design
